A mother and her nine-year-old daughter tragically lost their lives in an accident on Jalan Kuala Kangsar-Manong in Kuala Kangsar, Perak.

Meanwhile, another daughter, aged 10, sustained severe head injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
