Muhyiddin apologises to Malaysians for his shortcomings

Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who tendered his resignation and that of his Cabinet to the King on Monday (Aug 16), apologised to Malaysians for his shortcomings.
In a televised address, he said the Perikatan Nasional administration had tried their best to save lives and livelihoods of the people.
He also expressed hope that a new government can be formed as soon as possible so that there are no disruptions to the country’s administration.
