Najib rejects house and land reward, says priority should be on the people's plight

Datuk Seri Najib Razak will reject the plot of land and house in Kuala Lumpur gifted by the government.

Najib on Friday (Nov 19) said the land and house were gifted to him as a former premier, but he did not want it to become a subject of controversy so close to the Melaka state election.

The Pekan MP also denied that the house and land were worth RM100mil and took a dig at former premier Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, questioning the Langkawi MP's use of the Perdana Leadership Foundation in Putrajaya.
