Nepal scraps social media ban as deadly clashes kill 19 people

Nepal’s government on Tuesday (Sept 9) said it had decided to scrap its decision to prohibit public access to social media after the one-week-old ban sparked deadly clashes between police and protesters that left 19 people dead and 347 injured.
