The new songkok rules during the state executive councillors swearing-in ceremony at Dewan Sri Pinang will be discussed thoroughly by the state government, said Chow Kon Yeow.

The Penang chief minister said this on Thursday (Aug 17) when responding to a news portal that reported about the new rules which left many male attendees baffled.
