Nga: Time to rethink what makes a home 'affordable'

Star Media Group (SMG) presented the StarProperty Budget 2027 Roundtable Report to Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming during an engagement session with the ministry on Tuesday (Sept 1).

Nga said Malaysia needs to rethink how housing affordability is defined, as a single price benchmark may no longer reflect what households can afford in different parts of the country.
