NGO: Make citizenship amendments retroactive to include kids born to M'sian mums previously

The Citizenship Amendment Bill 2024 must be amended further to be retroactive or it will be meaningless for the current batch of children born overseas to Malaysian mothers who are still non-citizens, says Family Frontiers Malaysia.
