Nigerian man who killed step-grandson has mental health issues, says KL police chief

Family members of the Nigerian man who allegedly threw his step-grandson from the fourth floor of an apartment building after failing to rape his stepchild told the police that he has a history with mental health issues.
Kuala Lumpur police chief Comm Datuk Saiful Azly Kamaruddin said that in a press conference on Monday (Nov 31), adding that the suspect has been remanded for seven days.
