Nine-year-old Lara Khadijah McAfee formed a new friendship with Malaysia's man of the hour, Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah, after showing her appreciation in a letter for the sacrifice made by the Health director general and frontliners to curb the spread of Covid-19.
