Transport Minister Anthony Loke told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (July 29) that commercial vehicles not equipped with a speed limitation device (SLD) will not be allowed on roads as they will fail vehicle inspections once phased enforcement of the system begins on Oct 1.
