PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil said disciplinary action will not be taken against party deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali despite being absent from PKR’s weekly political bureau meeting on Wednesday (Nov 20) night.
Fahmi said PKR is still willing to wait for Azmin’s explanation regarding his meeting with the 22 Barisan and five PKR MPs at his official residence at Presint 10, Putrajaya.
Fahmi said this after attending the party’s political bureau meeting on Wednesday.
Both Azmin and Vice President Zuraida Kamaruddin have been notably absent from the PKR’s weekly political bureau meeting for several months, due to strained ties with Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s faction in the party.
