No fear or favour in probe of corruption expose by Edisi_SiasatMY, says Wan Junaidi

The government will be impartial in investigating an expose of abuse of power among high-ranking government officers made by Edisi_SiasatMY on Twitter, says Datuk Seri Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department said that in reply to a supplementary question from Cha Kee Chin (PH-Rasah) during Question Time in Parliament on Wednesday (Nov 3), adding that the government was still studying all the claims, which had gone viral recently.
Wan Junaidi also said a total of 550 recommendations were made in the 2019 Auditor-General's Report Series 2, adding that a total of seven issues have been marked for further investigation, and hoped the punitive and corrective measures, as well as steps taken by the ministries and government agencies, will reduce the wastage and leakage of public funds.
