Non-Muslim marriage registrations must be completed before July 31, says Ismail Sabri

All pending marriage registrations involving non-Muslims must be settled before July 31, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Senior Minister (Security) said that on Sunday, adding that this will allow registration for marriages to proceed without the need to make new applications.

Ismail also said the National Unity Ministry (NRD) will also prepare standard operating procedures for marriage or divorce registrations involving non-Muslims, and will also allow marriage registration to be held at 171 houses of worship, which have been allowed to operate by the National Unity Ministry during the MCO.
