A NHK news report said that the succession row in North Korea may be the reason why Kim Jong Nam was poisoned by the VX nerve agent at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2’s departure hall on Feb 13, 2017. The report said North Korean leader Kim Jong Un was being tipped off with the information that his half-brother Jong Nam might be succeeding their late father Kim Jong Il.
