The number of flood victims in Johor saw a decline as floodwaters started to recede gradually.
State Health and Environment Committee chairman R. Vidyananthan said as of 4pm on Monday (Jan 4), the number of evacuees recorded a drop from 7,112 people from 1,854 families earlier in the day to 6,244 people from 1,636 families.
