October could be ‘worst month’ for NSW hospital admissions

New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian has warned there is likely to be more pressure on the state’s already strained health system in October, when cases in the current Covid-19 outbreak are expected to peak in Australia.
Dr Danielle McMullen, who is the state president of the Australian Medical Association, says the situation is stressful for frontline staff.
