Open tender or private treaty for sale of Equanimity superyacht

As the Admiralty Court granted the Malaysian government, 1Malaysia Development Berhad and two of its subsidiaties permission to sell the Equanimity superyacht, the counsel for the plaintiffs said the sale of the vessel will be done through open tender or private treaty by the court.
Meanwhile, the said ship owner - Low Taek Jho aka Jho Low - described Malaysia’s legal proceedings to quickly sell the vessel as a vindictive "sham”.
