The Opposition bloc on Friday said DAP should not interfere with the police investigation into the alleged links between its leaders and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) in response to a statement by the party’s secretary-general Lim Guan Eng that the police had given their assurance that no more DAP leaders would be arrested.
Yesterday, seven individuals, including DAP's Gadek assemblyman G. Saminathan and Seremban Jaya assemblyman P. Gunasekara, were detained over alleged links to the LTTE.
