Orang Asli activists from Pos Lanai, Pahang have pled to Attorney General Tommy Thomas to waive the legal cost of RM 12,000 imposed on them, as they don’t have the funds.
The group submitted a memorandum to the Attorney General’s Chamber on Tuesday and said they withdrew the suit because they disagreed with the court’s decision to transfer the case from the High Court in Kuala Lumpur to Temerloh.
