Over 3,000 illegal immigrants deported, says Ismail Sabri

Authorities have deported more than 3,000 illegal immigrants and are planning to send more home in the coming days, says Datuk Seri ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Senior Minister said that on Friday, adding that more than 2,500 undocumented Indonesians caught in Peninsular Malaysia had been deported, while in Sabah, 672 illegal immigrants from the same country were sent home.
Ismail reported that since May 1,1, 057 illegal immigrants and 188 tekongs (ship captains) had been arrested while attempting to sneak into the country.
