Themed “Balance for Better”, Penang celebrated International Women’s Day with hope that both male and female will be treated equally in every aspect of life.

Wife of Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas, Toh Puan Majimor Shariff also urged the people to work together regardless of gender to develop the country physically and socially.
