At least four people were killed and several buildings collapsed after a magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck near the coastal city of Hualien in Taiwan late on Tuesday. Facebook Live videos shared shortly after the quake show people being pulled out of a severely damaged building that was standing on a tilt. Hualien is a popular tourist destination on Taiwan's eastern coast and home to about 100,000 people.
