PKOB approval needed before MPs can give out aid to the public, say Johor cops

Elected representatives including MPs must get approval from their respective district Disaster Operation Control Centres (PKOB) before handing out aid to the public, says Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay.
The Johor police chief said that on Wednesday (July 14) when commenting on the closure of the Muar service centre, adding that Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman only applied to give out aid from house-to-house but the latter carried out the programme at his service centre instead.
