PM: It’s important to tell the world that M’sia is still open for business

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on Friday also announced several measures and incentives to attract foreign and domestic investments to spur the country’s economy.
“It’s important for us to tell the world that our economy remains competitive and we are open to business. Malaysia is currently ranked No. 12 in the world and No. 3 in Asia-Pacific in the category of ease of doing business,” he said.
There will be tax exemptions for companies and an RM600mil allocation to drive the process of digitalisation of businesses and innovation.
