PM: Lawyer shouldn't have withdrawn completely from Adib inquest if finding truth was the goal

Lawyer Syazlin Mansor should not have withdrawn herself completely from the inquest into the death of firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim if uncovering the truth was the ultimate goal, says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
The Prime Minister on Tuesday said that even though the lawyer was instructed to withdraw herself from representing the Housing and Local Government Ministry and the Fire and Rescue Department, she should have continued acting for the deceased family.
