PM orders fast-tracking of local projects

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has directed that small-scale projects across all districts be fast-tracked to ensure the rakyat can benefit sooner.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Pontian Hospital expansion and the MADANI People’s Carnival on Sunday (Feb 15), Anwar — who is also Finance Minister — stressed that local issues must be prioritised by both federal and state leaders.
