Police: 'Datuk Seri' in Rela assault case tests positive for drugs

The "Datuk Seri" implicated in an assault case involving three People's Voluntary Corps (Rela) personnel has tested positive for drugs and has a prior record for a similar offence.
The Deputy Inspector-General of Police said that Nicky Liow, a 29-year-old businessman, had a police record for drug consumption.
