Police investigate viral video of mobile phone theft in Johor

A local man stole a mobile phone after pretending to be interested in purchasing it at a mobile phone shop in Muar, Johor.

Muar OCPD Asst Comm Raiz Mukhliz Azman Aziz stated that police discovered a 70-second video of the theft on social media and are investigating the case under Section 380 of the Penal Code for theft.
