Preserving the coral reefs off Similan Islands

The authorities in Phang Nga, Thailand are installing warning buoys in an attempt to preserve the coral reefs along the Similan Islands.
Officers from a national park installed some 90 mooring buoys within the national park.
Some of the current buoys have been damaged overtime while some of the current buoys are insufficient to accommodate the higher number of tourists and risk damaging to the coral reefs.
