Public encouraged to report offences committed by heavy vehicle drivers to cops

A video shared on Facebook in October has gone viral, following the multi-vehicle crash caused by a dislodged lorry tyre on the North South Expressway in Melaka that claimed seven lives last Monday.

In the video uploaded by Rulamrul Advansado, a man is heard saying that he had to stop the lorry when he saw that its tyre was almost coming off.
