Putin on Kamala Harris' 'infectious' laugh, Kursk incursion

Russia previously wanted Joe Biden to win the US presidential election but now it supports Kamala Harris over Donald Trump citing her "infectious" laugh, said Russian President Vladimir Putin during the 9th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Thursday (Sept 5).

Putin also said Ukraine's Kursk incursion was aimed at slowing the Russian advance in Donbas but it had failed to do so as Kyiv had simply weakened its forces along the rest of the front.
