Ramadan recipes: Bakmi Godok

Ingredients:
500 ml chicken broth
1 packet of egg noodles
1 cup of vegetables
4-5 Chinese meatballs (bakso),
sliced 1/4 onion, diced
1 red chili sliced
1 green onion sliced thinly
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
cooking oil
1 tsp sweet soy sauce (ketchup manis)
2 tsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp powdered candlenuts
1 egg, poached
Method:
Sautee the shallots and the garlic, add powdered candlenuts, add sliced meatballs and stir for a few minutes. Add chicken broth, add both the light and sweet soy sauce, stir to combineAdd noodles, stir add poached egg and vegetables.
Serve and enjoy!
