Rape case involving inspector and two Mongolians investigated under two laws

Police have opened investigation papers on an inspector who allegedly raped two Mongolian women at a hotel in Petaling Jaya recently.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the case was being probed under the Penal Code for rape and the Anti-Trafficking In Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants (Atipsom) Act.
