Monkeys in Chonburi, Thailand have been wreaking havoc and harassing people for food, causing residents to demand a steady stream of food donations to put a stop to the menace.
Residents offered two solutions to getting the monkey off their backs: obtaining free food to feed these monkeys or relocating the apes permanently.
This came after a monkey was electrocuted after climbing an electric pole in search of food and falling down.
The monkey’s last moments was caught on video after a group of charity workers tried to save its life.
A woman from the village said she would bury the monkey at a temple located at the foot of the hill, where the other monkeys reside.
