The Madani administration may not do well in the next general election if it goes ahead with targeted RON95 petrol subsidies, cautions a government backbencher.

Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim also said the rich do not use petrol-fuelled vehicles but use electric vehicles instead.
