Debates over the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Bill 2026 took an unexpected turn in the Dewan Rakyat on Thursday (Feb 12) when a government backbencher suddenly congratulated Muar MP Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman with a cheerful “selamat pengantin baru”.
