Running 93km solo to honour Tun M

Ahmed Faisal Mohd Lazim ran 93km from Alor Setar to Penang to honour Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as a great statesman.

The 43-year-old bank officer was flagged off at Dr Mahathir’s family home at Jalan Pegawai, Alor Setar on Saturday night.

He hopes to reach his destination - Wisma YMSC in King Street, George Town by mid-day Sunday.
