Search for Nora Anne: New SAR ops hotline launched, police welcome search volunteers

Police have launched a new operations hotline: 0111-2285058 as the search for the missing Irish girl, Nora Anne enters its 8th day.
Negri Sembilan police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohamad Mat Yusop said that during a press conference on Sunday, adding that police welcome a group of volunteers who had joined the search and rescue operations.
When asked to comment, Mohamad said police are not barring anyone to climb Gunung Berembun and said on the contrary, people are encouraged to climb the mountain to help search for the missing girl.
The Negri Sembilan police chief also acknowledged that the visit by Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Mazlan Mansor in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidil Adha celebration had helped raised the team’s spirits.
