Security at KLIA to be reviewed after shooting, says CID director

Security measures at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 1 will be reviewed after a bodyguard was shot in the stomach on Sunday (April 14) morning.
Addressing concerns about airport safety, Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain emphasised that the shooting was not a random act, and clarified that it was a clear-cut attack driven by personal motives, therefore people should not be worried about security at airports at the moment.
