Serial litterbugs beware: New law will force you to clean roads and drains

A new law is being mulled that will compel habitual litterers to do community cleaning, said Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming at the pre-launch of the World Cleanup Day event on Thursday (Sept 26) adding that the law, dubbed the Social Work Order, will make the litterbugs clean up roads and drains and pay fines.
