Shafee reveals letter confirming existence of 'royal addendum' to Najib's pardon

A letter purportedly from the Majlis Kesultanan Pahang stating that Datuk Seri Najib Razak had been granted house arrest to serve the remainder of his jail sentence was revealed to the Court of Appeal on Monday (Jan 6).

Najib's lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah produced the document in his submission in Najib's application to adduce additional evidence in his appeal relating to his claims of a royal addendum order that would allow him house arrest.
