Shafie Apdal sentenced to five weeks' jail for contempt of court

Former Sabah chief minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal has been sentenced to five weeks' jail for contempt of court over remarks questioning the Zara Qairina Mahathir death inquest.

The Sessions Court granted a stay pending his High Court appeal.
