Shared responsibility to keep violence against women at bay at workplaces, says Nancy

Speaking at the launch of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on Friday (Nov 24), Women, Family and Community Development Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said addressing violence against women is a shared responsibility and all must play a part in ensuring workplaces are safe with zero tolerance for harassment or violence of any kind.
She also said that to further improve legislation to protect women, the Anti-Sexual Harassment Tribunal would begin operations early next year.
