A Google executive, a tech entrepreneur and other trailblazers shared their thoughts with hundreds of young Vietnamese students during the first plenary session at the World Economic Forum (WEF) on Asean in Hanoi, Vietnam on Sept 11. The star of the show, however, was undeniably Malaysia's 25-year-old Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman, a champion debater who turned down scholarships from Oxford University to serve his country after the May 9 general election in Malaysia.
