Perak Sultan Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah has launched a book centred on growing up in Tapah in the 1950s and 1960s, during and after British colonial rule.
Prominent academic Puan Sri Prof Dr Jamilah Ariffin penned the book titled ‘Legends, Lessons and Love: A Small Town and an English School’ brings to life her experience of growing up in Tapah and attending the Government English School, which exemplified multiculturalism.
