Some RM2bil in compensation paid to PERKESO members last year, Dewan Rakyat told

Human Resources Minister Steven Sim told the Dewan Rakyat on Tuesday (Dec 10) that RM2.12 bil in total compensation has been paid by the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) to 219,640 members last year.

He said that the payments were for permanent or temporary disability, pensions and invalidity schemes.
