Steps taken to ensure enough fish supply during monsoon

Proactive measures have been taken to ensure a stable fish landing supply ahead of the upcoming northeast monsoon season, says Datuk Adnan Hussain.

Speaking to reporters at the World Fisheries Day 2024 celebration launch at Anjung Floria in Putrajaya on Saturday (Nov 2), the Fisheries Department director-general noted that the department is actively monitoring and regulating the fish supply nationwide to maintain stability amid an anticipated dip in landings during the monsoon transition phase.
