Sultan Abdullah’s ‘King of Sports’ walk honours legends, rekindles Stadium Merdeka memories

The “Walk With Al-Sultan Abdullah: The King of Sports” event at Stadium Merdeka on Wednesday (Nov 5) brought together Malaysia’s sports legends in a show of unity and nostalgia.

Sultan of Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, who initiated the idea, said the event was meant to honour athletes who shaped the nation’s sporting legacy while promoting a healthy and inclusive lifestyle.
