Suu Kyi says genocide case brought against Myanmar "misleading"

Nobel Peace laureate and Myanmar leader Aung San Suu Kyi on Wednesday challenged allegations in a lawsuit brought by Gambia last month accusing Myanmar of violating the 1948 Genocide Convention.
She said the case brought against her country at the International Court of Justice was "incomplete and misleading" as she began her defence to accusations of genocide against the Rohingya Muslim minority.
