PETRONAS president Tan Sri Tengku Muhammad Taufik Tengku Aziz said in a statement issued on Tuesday (Oct 7) that he took full responsibility for his actions during the champagne popping celebration at the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix on Oct 5.
